FCTech Academy trains the next generation of critical facilities technicians for AI data centers — with real equipment, real operating procedures, and real employment outcomes.
Data centers powering the AI revolution require technicians who can maintain live UPS systems under load, diagnose cooling failures in real time, and execute emergency operating procedures without hesitation. These are not skills that can be learned from a video or a simulation app.
Community colleges across the country train excellent electricians and HVAC technicians — but those programs were not designed for mission-critical AI infrastructure. The specialized knowledge required for data center Critical Facilities operations is simply unavailable at scale. Workforce readiness is now the single biggest constraint on the AI infrastructure pipeline.
Students work directly on industry-grade equipment: modular UPS systems, MV switchgear, row-based cooling units, and full DCIM monitoring platforms. Every procedure follows real operational standards — not simulated scenarios on a whiteboard.
Every training module is extracted from documented procedures developed across 200+ live hyperscale data center engagements globally. Our MOP/SOP documentation, EOP emergency playbooks, and RCA case studies come from real incidents — not vendor manuals or textbook theory.
Near 100% employment rate upon completion. 2,500+ technicians trained and deployed to hyperscale production environments. Graduates enter the workforce industry-hiring-ready on Day 1.
FCTech Academy is building a purpose-built training lab — not a vendor showroom or a classroom with diagrams. The San José facility is designed around a 13-rack micro-module with a 200 KVA modular UPS, row-based CCU cooling, Smart PDU with automatic transfer switching, and a live DCIM monitoring wall. Every system mirrors what students will operate on Day 1 of a real job.
Our curriculum and operating procedures were developed through hands-on experience with production-grade infrastructure — and the same training methodology is what we're bringing to Silicon Valley.
This is the training that existing electrician and HVAC programs cannot provide. It is the gap that every data center operator in the country is trying to fill.
"Your model is what the market needs."Data Center Operations Manager, Fortune 500 Company
"Nobody has done this — a full equipment lab with cooling, UPS, and power all in one place. That's what's been missing."Chapter President, AFCOM
We build closed-loop technician pipelines with data center employers, community colleges, and government agencies.
Sponsor training for your incoming technicians. Reduce onboarding time. Build a reliable local talent pipeline with graduates who know your systems before Day 1.
Explore Employer PartnershipWe enhance your existing electrician and HVAC programs — we do not compete with them. FCTech Academy provides curriculum, instructor training, and lab access. No capital equipment spend required.
