Skilled Workers · Stronger Communities · Greener Operations
FCTech Academy is an independent workforce development organization dedicated to training the next generation of critical facilities technicians for AI data centers. We are structured as a nonprofit to ensure our mission remains focused on workforce outcomes, not profit.
Our program was not designed in a classroom. It was built from the ground up by practitioners — people who have operated mission-critical data center infrastructure, written real MOPs, and responded to real emergencies. The gap we're closing is not theoretical. We've seen it firsthand.
We are based in San José, California — at the center of the AI infrastructure buildout — and we're building a training program designed to scale nationwide.
FCTech Academy is structured as a nonprofit to ensure that every decision — curriculum design, partnership structure, pricing, and funding — is oriented around workforce outcomes rather than margin. This structure also enables us to access WIOA workforce development funding, California Strong Workforce Program grants, and philanthropic and corporate foundation support.
We believe the most important thing a workforce development organization can do is get people into good jobs. Everything else follows from that.
